A happy new year to all our customers old and new.
We are not doing any festivals this month, but you can find us at the usual outlets and markets.
January is the month for resolutions and diets, and I am sure a lot of you are on the high fat and protein/low carb diet! If so conjure up some tasty dishes using our lovely cheeses so it’s not so daunting without those beloved chips. Just to remind you that cheese is naturally a high fat &protein /low carb product.
Chris, one of our cheese makers is a trained chef and he has been busy in the kitchen. planning new dishes to share with you!
